General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Tarot Universel web application, published by Dahu Wake Family Sàrl.

Tarot Universel is a tool for symbolic insight and reflective exploration based on tarot.
It is not divinatory, predictive, therapeutic, medical, legal, or financial in nature.

2. Access to the service

Access to the service requires:

the creation of a user accountacceptance of these General Terms and Conditionsthe purchase of credits (tokens) via Stripe to access paid features

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

2 bis. Access restricted to adults

The Tarot Universel service is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 or over.

By creating an account and using the platform, the user declares that:

they are at least 18 years oldthey have the legal capacity to enter into a contract

Tarot Universel is not intended for minors and does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.

3. Payment terms

Payments are made exclusively through Stripe, a secure payment service provider.

Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros, depending on the interface.Dahu Wake Family Sàrl does not store any sensitive banking data.Transactions are subject to Stripe’s own terms and conditions.4. Token system4.1 Operation

Tarot Universel currently operates using a token-based system that grants access to tarot readings and interpretations.

Tokens:

are consumed with each use of the serviceare personal and non-transferablehave no monetary valuecannot be resold or exchanged4.2 No refunds

Purchased tokens are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even in the case of partial or non-use.

5. Future subscription plans

Tarot Universel may later offer subscription-based plans providing access to specific features or a defined usage volume.

Such subscriptions will be subject to:

clear descriptions at the time of launchrecurring billingspecific conditions detailed at the time of subscription

Users remain entirely free to subscribe or not.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva.

Tarot Universel is a service reserved for adults (18 years and over).
